Hello, i am the aunt of Elias Torres Cambero. i have opened this Go Fund me to help raise money for my nephews medical expenses and to help his parents with the financial burden as they have both been off of work the past 6 weeks to be at the hospital with their sick baby. Elias is a 2 year old who has been diagnosed with Necrotizing Fasciitis (A serious and life threatening bacterial infection that destroys tissue under the skin, also known as Flesh-eating disease) Elias has been hospitalized since July 19. He was life flighted from Richland Kadlec hospital to Spokane Sacred Heart Children’s hospital where he has undergone 12 surgeries. Today August 27 his parents were informed that Elias will have to be air flighted to OHSU in Portland Oregon to be seen and treated by another medical group because there there is no more they can do for him where he is currently at. Abrí esta cuenta de GoFundMe para recaudar fondos para los gastos médicos de mi sobrino y para ayudar a sus padres con la carga financiera, ya que ambos han estado sin trabajar las últimas seis semanas para estar en el hospital con su bebé enfermo. Elías es un niño de dos años a quien le diagnosticaron fascitis necrosante (una infección bacteriana grave y potencialmente mortal que destruye el tejido subcutáneo, también conocida como enfermedad carnívora). Elías ha estado hospitalizado desde el 19 de julio. Fue trasladado en avión desde el Hospital Richland Kadlec al Hospital Infantil Spokane Sacred Heart, donde se ha sometido a 12 cirugías mayores. Hoy, 27 de agosto, sus padres fueron informados de que Elías tendrá que ser trasladado en avión a OHSU en Portland, Oregón, para ser atendido por otro grupo médico, ya que no hay nada más que puedan hacer por él en su estado actual.
